Refund policy
We honor refunds within the 10 days of purchase, which means you have 10 days after receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@vianiwatches.com. Shipping costs for return will be on the responsibility of the buyer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be aware that a flat $30.00 shipping and processing fee will be charged and subtracted from the refund amount upon approval of refund.

All orders shipped outside of the United States are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, taxes, or failure to accept delivery, all carrier return fees, customs charges, and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it right away.
Warranty
Please be advised that each VIANI Time Piece comes with a 2-5 year Manufacturer Guarantee dependent on model purchased. If you are experiencing a manufacture defect with your time piece, please contact us at info@vianiwatches.com with the order number in the subject line and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount minus a flat $30.00 shipping and processing fee for the return. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
